The PPG provides a way for patients to give feedback, share ideas, and raise issues that matter to them. By listening to patient views, the practice can better understand what is working well and where improvements can be made for the benefit of everyone who uses the service. The PPG is keen to learn more about patients’ views and experiences of the practice. A long term condition is a health problem that requires ongoing management over a period of years or decades and is one that cannot currently be cured, but can be controlled with the use of medication and/or other therapies.
A carer is anyone, including children and adults who looks after a family member, partner or friend who needs help because of their illness, frailty, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction and cannot cope without their support.
